My wife and I came here for lunch. The food was served fast, with good portions, in a cool location. There were also lots of other little items in the restaurant.

Stopped in for the first time and ordered the Pulled Pork sandwich, a cup of chili and a Pepsi. I am telling you it was absolutely delicious and filling. Not only was the food great but the staff were super nice, I will definitely eat there again. My mouth is watering just thinking about the food. Totally worth every penny I spent.

LOVE the epic baker i get it every time. its sooooo freaking delicious and flavorful. Not to mention they have THE BEST chocolate peanut butter milkshakes I have EVER had!!

This restaurant is amazing! Frank & Danielle are the sweetest, most genuine couple. Their food is soooo yummy! Absolutely love their salmon chowder, Mac & cheese with pulled pork and their paninis. They smoke all their own meats & cheeses in house. Definitely must try and then go back every week!

Their Smoked Mac and Cheese is definitely the best Mac and Cheese I’ve ever had! Love it, come in a lunch size and a dinner size.

Absolutely love this place! The Mac N Cheese with pulled pork is my go to every time. They also have a variety of vendors that bring in their handmade goodies. Soaps, signs, native American dream catchers, teas etc. It's always fun to walk off a really filling meal and see what's new!

This place was great good food super fair priced will be back for sure.

Tuna panini is so delicious, my absolute favorite! Can only eat half, and the other half is just as good when eaten later. (No sogginess here) 😉The Mac-n- cheese is also so amazing! Has a really good smoke flavor, perfectly balanced to perfection.Everything that I have tried has been consistently delicious each visit.I absolutely love the atmosphere here!

I tried the Smoked Brisket Baker. It was a giant baked potato with smoked cheese and melt in your mouth brisket. The topper was the owners are awesome and took great care of us. We came all the way from the San Francisco Bay Area just to check it out. I was not disappointed. I sampled the kids mac and cheese and added brisket 😋, I may get the adult mac and cheese next time or the chili potato. Afterwards we did a little shopping in the Artisan Market and took home some local Washington goodies.5 Stars from me!

Very good meal and service

First time in and won't be the last!! Amazing food! We had the brisket paninni, smoked salmon chowder, smoked salmon mac and cheese and they were all delightful. Also had the oatmilk latte with honey and peppermint mocha, both amazing! The artisan market was fully stocked with great stuff and the staff was awesome! ALSO, they have QR pay which is just the cherry on top. This is a must stop!

This is my new favorite restaurant. Everything from the salads to the salmon chowder to the mac-n-cheese is AMAZING. Staff and owner are super friendly. Also, it's a great place to buy gifts as they feature unique crafts from local artists. Definitely going back as there is more from the menu I want to try.

The food was absolutely amazing! I got the salmon panini. I tried my Bf’s pulled pork sandwich and it blew my taste buds away!

Took a friend here for a post-trail birthday lunch. Happy to say it absolutely lived up to the hype. Still thinking about the smoked salmon panini days later. The dining area is spacious and bright and the staff was attentive and friendly.

If you love comfort food this is the place for you! The menu has so many choices, it is difficult to choose. Because we wanted to try a few things, my husband and I decided to share. We started off with the salmon chowder which was creamy and flavorful. After, we had the fish lover's sandwich and the brisket mac n cheese. The sandwich melded flavors of salmon and tuna and it was a delicious match. The mac n cheese was rich and creamy with nice moist flavorful pieces of brisket peppered throughout. The helpings are generous and you will not leave disapointed. Don't walk, run to this place as you won't regret it.

Maybe one of the best Smoked hotdogs I've ever had. Topped with Insanely good smoked cheese and succulent pulled pork. And hands down the best Chowder I've ever had and it's not even close. Took a bunch of smoked salmon home and that was super moist and full of flavor, the fam loved it. Server was wonderful and store was super clean, was perfect.. Loved the Artisan Market with all the great local merch to purchase. Highly recommend to anyone near or passing thru Chehalis.

Wow this place is amazing! My wife got the brisket baked potato and I got the salmon bagel. Phenomenal flavor and pretty decent coffee!

My first time ever leaving a food review so you know it’s worth it! Everyone needs to know about the NW Salmon Smokehouse. Laid back and easy vibe inside restaurant. I was seated right away. After pondering through the menu, I decided to go with the “Most Epic Baker”. But do yourself a favor and start with a cup of chowder first, best chowder I’ve had in the NW in years, actually order a bowl because you’ll want more. Back to the “Most Epic Baker,” be prepared for a feast. It was like a 5-course meal all on one plate. Huge baked potato cooked perfectly, layered with a special white sauce, then the Mac-n-cheese, then the pulled pork, then more cheese, then more meat(Kielbasa), then more cheese and topped with butter and sour cream. I didn’t know if I would finish but I couldn’t stop eating. Dollar for dollar, the value was extremely worth it for how much food you get! I’ll definitely be coming back next month when I’m in town to try again. Thank you NW Salmon Smokehouse for the best meal I’ve had in quite awhile!
